Riposte, Burst of Speed, Blade Waltz ignoring Blind effects

I've experienced this bug numerous times in the same match, so I do not believe it to be a fluke. Fiora's Riposte appears to currently be parrying Blinding Dart, despite it not being an auto-attack based ability.

While blinded, however.. despite Blade Waltz being based on auto attack damage (Or so I've been told) it is completely unaffected by blind. As are any attacks she makes with burst of speed active. On numerous occasions (when I managed to get a blind past her parry), I saw her affected by the blind visual, gain the blind debuff, and two shot me with auto attack damage while blinded, but affected by Burst of Speed.
