Can't Connect To Chat on 5.9, Please Help!

Since the 5.9 patch update, I haven't been able to connect to chat. It gets annoying because you don't know who's calling which role. I've tried looking online for solutions, but they all haven't worked. I have tried the ipconfig /release then ipconfig /flushdns then ipconfig /renew thing on CMD. I tried chaging the day and time. I even also tried deleting my files in the preferences fold from the lol_air_client. Repair also didn't fix it. What do I do?

Both me and my brother are also having this problem. Can't really play any games with our friends until it is resolved...

I'm having this issue right now. I can't connect to chat at all and it is obnoxious and it has disconnected me from team builder saying there was an issue communicating with the server and to restart my client Dx I keep trying to reconnect to the chat manually, but haven't been having any luck.

I am also having the same issue. Its so bad I've switched to playing Heroes of the Storm just so I can play with my friends. Please fix this awful glitch Rito!
