[CLIENT] Unable to chat during ranked champ select.

It happened to me a couple of times yesterday. I get in the champion select, in the chat window says that i've joined the room with my teammates but when i type & press enter... nothing. I could not see any chat either. In one of these games my teammates (random not premades) said that they also could not see or type anything on chat.
