Ryze skins bug
I‘ve found that ryze's Q skill has certain delay on some particular skins, hope can fixed it

Which skins are they? My guess is pirate Ryze, because he has different animations.

As Danjeng had asked - which skin is causing the delay?
not a bug but can you give dark crystal Ryze back some red particles on his spells? They got removed in his mini rework and the different particles were why I (and probably others) actually bought the skin, for the shiny different particles!
