Lock-In Button Greyed Out [CLIENT]

In Ranked Queue, when attempting to Lock in a Champ or Ban a champion, the Lock-in button is greyed out and cannot be pressed. This will cause you to be unable to select a ban or a champ pick and be kicked from the queue. This happened to me twice in a row. I am now on a 30 min probationary period due to this bug.

This was not an issue until about I played 5 games with the client running. The button was behaving as normal. Cause of the bug is unknown.
