Literally logging in for 5 mins waiting another 10 to join a lobby cant see anyones name cant even pick a champion in pick phase because the time it takes to get me into the matchlobby the pick phase is already over , cant change masteries and even if i get into a game with good fps and good ping everything freezes sometimes and the things just start losing hp(like i have ping or something when i literally dont).

My Client so lag, i prob everything to fix it, but nothing happens. I need HELP! Please.

what windows do you use ? i use win 10 the same problem

Windows 8.1. But i download the game and 2 mounts play but yestarday appear lag. :(
