Caitlyn Autoattack sometimes not hitting minions or champions

the last few times i have played Caitlyn when ever i try to last hit and it wont do damage to the minion or i would hit a minion and not kill it it would give me the cc for it and same goes for hitting champions when ever i auto attack.
