Game breaking Loading screen Freezing

So this has happened to me a few times now.. But i'll be an a loading screen and soemthing will happen where the game starts without me. I'll be waiting for 20 mins for the game to start and only by closing it and reconnecting can i get get the game to start and usually by then im 5-15 mins "afk" because i didnt even know the game had started. This is a serious issue and casues DIRECT negative effects on games, and even directly causing unjustified bans upon the playerbase. While its happened to me more than a couple times i suspect it happens to alot of people (people afk from start of game? we all know how much that happens... how much of it could be riots fault?)

I have checked on forums and cannot find one riot post on the subject.. and instead found that this has been an ongoing bug for the majority of leagues lifespan... Kinda seems like riot refuses to acknowledge the problem.... If im wrong i love to know where the fix has been posted or where there a riot responses on the subject.
