As the title says 
's Q does not display the animation along the path of the thrown axe. I was playing a game as 
support with 
ADC, and the other team had a support, and early game his Q would display the axe all the way along the path, but in the mid to late game 's Q would play the animation on the Champion, but there would be no visible axe along its path.
I play Mundo often and I've gotten comments in allchat on several occasions about this. From what I can gather from enemies during these games, the bug affects the entire enemy team when it does occur. The Cleavers disappear in the enemies' views, but still function correctly.
Recently a patch was made to disappearing cleavers in another way that fixed the bug. That bug was that mundo's cleavers would disappear (visually and from existence in the game) when he died, even if they were about to hit the enemy. This cost me a lot of kills as Mundo... BUT it is fixed now. I strongly suspect that whatever they did to fix that bug created this new bug. I would post a video, but sadly the new disappearing cleavers only happen to enemies, never allies (so far, at least).
