[Gameplay] Unable to use any abilities or recall

So i was playing Katarina and attempted to recall after a team fight, however i couldn't. "B" didn't work and clicking the recall button didn't work. After fighting again i realized that neither my Q nor my R would activate either. I could type the letters in chat so i knew it wasn't my keyboard malfunctioning. My buddy says that he's run in to this problem before as well. As far as i can tell, it happened after a particularly panic-driven button mash.
