Advanced Match History Bug

Just played a game and i went to the match history of the game and found a strange bug involving Ravenous Hydra and Titanic Hydra on Riven's build path. She is the only one with this bug in this game and i dont know if it is a champion bug or if it is an item bug. I also couldnt find a way to add a picture, so if the bug doesnt show up for someone, i do have a screenshot if needed
