LOL launcher bug?

On friday i opened up league and let it patch and when i clicked launch i noticed that my lol launcher was very zoomed in, zoomed in to the point where i could not click i accept on the little screen or minimize or close. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but got the same problem :c posted screenshot of problem
