[Gameplay] selling potions in base decreases your mana/health level

A minor bug I found was that when you sold health pots or mana pots, your mana level while in base would decrease significantly. It probably wouldn't do any harm in an actual game since I was playing bot games when I discovered it, it is a bug nonetheless.
