[Gameplay] When Heimerdinger's turrets stay in air when Nami uses her Aqua Prison on them

I was playing Heimerdinger and when Nami used her Aqua Prison they seemed to stay up until they were destroyed but they could still shoot? Not sure if this happens all the time but i just wanted to make sure.
