Gameplay Bug Lulu does not work on AR URF

Lulu in AR URF does not work. After loading, Lulu will stay in fountain and if you try to tp out she will automatically redirect to her allied fountain. She then cannot move away from fountain. Even after dying, Lulu still can't get out of fountain. And then after this, I get a leaverbuster even though I stayed in game and teammates were trying to help me get out of the bug. That is actually not a Lulu specific bug. It is a general bug that can happen to anybody, but I do not see it mentioned often, and I am not sure if anyone even found out what triggers it.

The earliest time I remember it on the Boards was it happening to someone playing Karma, but that was MONTHS ago.
