I bought 2 10$ RP cards. I typed in the numbers with no spaces. As I hit "Enter" the codes don't work. I've bought a lot of RP cards and this is the first time that my cards don't work. Any answers would be really helpful! Thank you.
hi the date Is 11/22/14 and I bought my LoL rp card about 3hrs ago it is 9:04 and it did not work when I typed the code it said "An error has occurred Lol please help me y email is [email protected]
Same. Bought a 50 dollar card today, I'm wigging out a little because it's not going through. "An Error has Occurred".
Same thing for me. I bought my card yesterday at around 2:00pm EST, and I wanted to redeem it right now and no dice.
EDIT: It worked for me. What I did was go to the top left of the store and clicked the "Purchase RP" tab. Then I scrolled all the way down to the Pre-Paid cards tab and I entered in my code.
