4.18 Singed's E Bug Report

after patch 4.17, singed's e get s buggy, some time i try fling people over me, but they get flinged ahead me for no reason. it happened more often after patch 4.18, for tis annoying bug, i missed a lot of kills in rank game. I dont know what makes this fling ahead thing, it just randomly happend. riot plz fix this. srry for me bad english.
