[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench W Bugged; Could not devour ally champion.

Was in a team fight as Tahm Kench when I discovered I was unable to devour my ally Jinx. At first I thought I was bad and I couldn't click my champion because I was having a bronze moment, but after the team fight when we all re-spawned I tried to devour my ally Jinx again and I could not do it. I could devour any other ally champions, minions, and enemy champions. Basically the W was working fine except for oh you know... the most important champion I need to devour in a team fight LOL. I was unable to re-create this in a custom and it concerns me because if I cannot re-create it I will not know how to prevent myself from getting bugged again. Has anyone else had a same experience recently?
