[Gameplay] Tahm-Kench can't devour his ally Maokai

While playing Tahm, you can't eat allied Maokai. It can't even target him.

1. Play Tahm with Maokai in your team
2. Try to devour allied Maokai
3. It won't even target him

I was playing as vanilla Tahm with no skin
