5 hextech chest bundle not giving orange essence

I recently bought a few of the hextech bundles, the 5 chest combo twiice and the 10 chest combo twice, and in the 5 chest combo I never got the bonus essence. I'm not sure if this is an isolated issue or one that is coming up across multiple accounts but I just wanted to let you guys know about it. It's not an enormous deal currently but I do hope it gets added to accounts at some point.
