Phage Movement Speed and Quinn Movement Speed [GAMEPLAY]

Hi! I was just submitting a report to put in a request about the new movement speed graphics? Y'know when you proc Phage or Quinn Procs her W and the newly updated bonus movement speed graphics kick in to show that you gained bonus % of Movement Speed? Well here is my problem, I have never had an FPS drop while playing League of Legends in the last year, until this graphic was updated in the recent patches. For some reason, whenever it's proc'd I go from 60 FPS to about 40-50 depending. I know you guys are working hard to make your game look good, but is there any way you could fix this issue? I know i'm not the only one, and it's ONLY from these 2 things. The bonus movement speed gained at the beginning of the game doesnt make me lag, only Quinn's W and Phage for some reason. There was something similar like this before with Zyra's Wildfire skin, whenever she would E, I would drop FPS, but I noticed it was later fixed. This whole movement issue is really annoying, especially during team fights and I was wondering if it could please be looked into and possibly patched ASAP? Thanks!
