Heh i hate to see you getting tree-ted this way but the Leafer Buster doesn't give exceptions. It attacks the root of the problem [zombie-nunu-bummed] .
That's not Riot's fault though, and while it's not your fault either, the system is in place to punish people who leave and AFK. What's happening to you is essentially the same as someone who's leaving and AFKing intentionally, so you're getting caught by the system, but it's not broken and it's working as intended. It just sucks you've had bad luck.
It's a whole 100 minutes of waiting get over it

What's annoying is the people like you who tend to forget about all the times you left games for whatever reason and then come to the boards and whine and bitch about some natural disaster happening that triggered your punishment.
You should be thanking RIOT for not perm banning your account when you get dinged time after time and have accrued a 20 minute wait, which is what they should do for the WORST TOXICITY in team online gaming.

i had a transformer explode outside my house and out of power for 3 days in the winter. logged on and had leave buster as my welcome back from keeping the house warm with the gas stove.
