kalista's interaction with particular champs

kalista's w says it procs when the oathsworn basic attacks followed by kalista's or vise versa.

attack modifiers arnt working,

gangplank miss fortune ezreal(i thought this one was working but this was the first one tested and now cant remember properly)

if miss fortune and ez dont work i would kind of understand because they cant crit, but there is no reason beside maybe balance that it wouldn't work for gangplank.
