reporting

I was playing a game today, and unfortunately came across some less than savory teamates, who were raging over chat. So I decided to report them at the end game screen. My screen then turned a semi opaque white when I clicked the report button. I could watch the end game chat and see people leaving but league became completely unresponsive. I had to force quit league. also can you end winter break so i don't have to play with quite so many whiny afking children?
