Scripting became a cancer and reporting is useless!!

This website http://gamingonsteroids.com/forum/108-utility/ is made by a whole comunity of scripter a thousend of them and they are really getting better in their work and for free! they are just doing it for the pleasure to cheat While us in our side! with our high payed Riot's administrators they are not even taking care of reports about cheating hate speach or flaming they only take care of auto bans due to afk And that's exactly what despointing me! what should we do to make you look at us we are not having fun anymore playing against some scripters leveling up fast! having 2.5 aspd or more sometimes! from the begining of the game! and a 1000ad when they see their self losing the game I also dont understand how people can have fun playing while cheated their is no pleasure it's not skill what's important is not just to win So my questions are Why reporting is useless? Where are you Riot? and What the hell how many Cheaters there is in this comunity? O_o
