My launcher is cut off for the most part on the right and left hand sides. Once I hit launch everything reverts back to normal and I can see everything inside the launcher screen, but for me this is all cut off weird.
Control Panel > Display > 100% Default > Fixed
Mine is doing the same thing. So aggravating becasue I can't play.

it worked for me the changing display but thats bs i have it set to 125 so i can read i shoulden't have to change it
