Irelia Base AD is 60 instead of 63

HI,

I just realized that in Patch 8.7, Irelias basic AD got hotfixed from 66 ⇒ 63.

Ingame it's actually 60 AD, any reason why it's 60 AD and not 63?

And is it possible to hotfix that or mention it anywhere that it actually should have been 60 instead of 63?
