[Gameplay] A bug that occurs sometimes on Tahm Kench's W

Sometimes when u eat a minion/monster and immediately spit it out when u can, Tahm sometimes doesn't spit the minion/monster in the distance but instead drops it and the target he spit takes no damage. The target he spit will be immortal to death for few seconds (tryndamere ult).

This bug has happened pretty frequently for me (1-3 per game) and it can be especially annoying when u are dealing with the jungle monsters.
