[GAMEPLAY] Maokai Ult Blocks Nami Ult (Not sure if it's supposed to do that)

Never knew Maokai was capable of doing this. Is this a bug? Sent out tidal wave, Maokai ultimate blocks the wave from the inside of the radius.

Edit: I think it could also possibly be due to to the snare from Ryze. Found a video on youtube with a similar case. Not exactly sure what happened though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fbtmq9Gae8Q

I made a video out of this and put it on Youtube (added slow-mo) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xep5w2UgZrI It looked like it can be either Maokai ult doing that, or Ryze snare (as he snared EXACTLY at the moment of wave stopping). I tried to recreate both of them but sadly failed, I think it is caused by more than just 1 ability.
