Stuck in champ slect at 0 than forces a dodge

Got into champ sleect for a ranked game everything went smoothly (bans, picks, etc..) than when my the timer reached 0 to get into game it froze. After about 30 seconds a reconnect popped up but it wouldn't reconnect. Tried to re-log to see if I could reconnect to the game but it counted as a dodge and I lost LP and got a que dodge time. This is the 2nd time in the past week this his happened as I was getting into game. About to experience ranked decay and to scared to play with this bug..
