I got shorted 3LP for some reason

while ranking I noticed after winning a game I was rewarded 25LP but instead of giving me 25LP I only received 22LP this is the first time I noticed this happening and wasnt sure if this is some kind of bug if someone could explain whats going on it would be much loved http://imgur.com/uNG2EAZ

Did you dodge a queue at 0 LP? Because you lose 3 for doing that even at 0 so it adds up like you start at -3
