[CLIENT] Incorrect IP Amount Displayed

In the beta client, the incorrect IP amount is sometimes displayed. Upon immediately logging in and before the rest of the client has loaded, it will show one "false" amount (e.g. 14k IP); after everything in the client has fully loaded, it will revert back to the "true" amount of IP I have (e.g. 13.7k).

1. Log in.
2. Note IP amount before client is fully loaded.
3. Note IP amount after client is fully loaded.

I've relogged six times, and I've recreated the bug described above every time.

After playing a game and earning IP, it displays the incorrect amount again in the post-game, bottom right circle. After leaving the game and returning to the main page of the client, it shows the incorrect amount. In this case, it tells me I have 14k IP. When requesting a name change for 13.9k, however, it tells me I do not have enough IP.

1. Log in
2. Note IP amount before and after client is fully loaded. Should briefly display false amount, then return to true amount.
3. Play a game, earn IP.
4. Note false IP amount in post-game screen and main pages.

I've attempted the above twice, and recreated the bug twice.
