[GAMEPLAY] Heimerdinger Turrets

Hello, This bug occurs from time to time. When someone is in range of Heimerdinger's turret and they leave it the turret keeps showing the shooting animation, but the person doesn't get damage. The turret freaks out even when it isn't in range.
