bug between yasuo and galio ult

used ult to stop . It worked, well partially it literally only stopped him. He couldn't move or use abilities but he didn't start attacking me, or moving towards me to hit me. He just stood there. While the ult still did damage, part of the way I was using 's ult was to misplace under turret. Was weird and even said it was odd.
