[GAMEPLAY] Orianna sometimes has a "ghost" ball indicator

This is something I've noticed in two seperate Orianna games spaced across a few weeks (I don't play her often); in both games, after a while I noticed there was an extra ball indicator that was fixed in position in addition to the one actually pointing to the ball. I think this might have happened because I had cast E on someone as they died, but I'm not 100% sure. I would provide screenshots, but I can't do so on this computer.
