[GAMEPLAY] [BUG] Buying Jungle items without Smite

Played a game as using and for summoner spells, no . Had purchased a Brutalizer in lane and noticed that all the jungle items were not crossed out. I was dead on the turret and purchased for the lols. A couple unusual things happened.

1. The refund button was unclickable (similar to what happens when you buy Homeguard boots).
2. The item displayed in the shop but not as an item on the champion informational UI.
3. You could sell the jungle item, but not actually get any gold for selling it back. So the item, pieces used to make it, and the gold that came with it disappeared.

I was also, after purchasing the jungle item the first time had access to buying the other jungle items without any pieces, but similar effect happens as explained earlier. Will go into custom later to document further. Am I the only one?
