[Gameplay]

Just something I noticed in champion select: Whilst hovering over "Talon" and reading over his skills in the big overlay messages, I noticed his E ability, Cutthroat, still displayed the message of the ability of causing a silence, not the new 99% slow implemented in Patch 4.17. Just thought it should be brought to the attention of any Rioters. Only a minor bug, but nonetheless still could use fixing. -CamoGator
