Ryze's E doesn't bounce [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing Ryze on ARAM on EUNE server today, and his E only hit one target. It just wouldn't bounce to neither him or another target. I was standing next to a minion, hitting it with E, and it still didn't bounce to me. It just doesn't work on any target. It occured during the entire game, and was just annoying. He needs your help.
