Gnar damage bug?

I was playing a game on the new Twisted Treeline map and I noticed once that I took an exact hit for 2000 damage from Gnar. I thought at first it may have been two hits overlapping until I saw it again. I started recording and the picture I have here is a screenshot from the recording. I'm not sure if it is visual or not. It didn't show up in my death recap. Ask if anyone needs more information.

Edit: I almost forgot to add this but, the friends I was playing with in the same game both said that they didn't get hit with the same damage that I did.
