When I get close to dragon, baron, or any new champions like kindred LoL freeze!

Every time I spawn, black stipes start to appear and lol freeze so I must alt + tab every time to unfreeze it! I have lost so many games cause of this! (For example I was Gold 1 and now im Gold 5 cause of this problem) It happens also when im in teamfights, close to baron or dragon, close to other champions that ult (For Example: Kindred,Nasus Ult) or near turrets! Please help, I cant stand this anymore! (I also updated my NVIDIA driver, since then it started appearing. I play league on my laptop which has an NVIDIA GEFORCE 750M driver.)
