Problem with the game, screen of Trying to reconnect

In the past patchs, i see over and over and over the same bug, the game freezes with the screen of "Trying to reconnect" and after that , the game crashes , sometimes the screen of reconnect its showed a few times, and the unique solution is closing the game (ALT F4) and reconnecting again, and that makes lose al lot of time.

I wanna know that Riot its aware of this bug, because a lot of people in other servers have the same problem and is so frustrating play the game with this.

If you can repost this post in EUW, everyone with the problem we would be grateful, its so hard that Riot know a bug in post of other regions than NA (its sadly but is true... (Riot scks)).

We just have to wait for riot to fix it

Hey!, i found a solution for the error, idk if this works in all cases, but work for me , and maybe for you.

The problem of this bug is W7, i dont know why, but i fix it installing Windows 10, and i read that work with W8.
