Problem with the game, screen of Trying to reconnect

In the past patchs, i see over and over and over the same bug, the game freezes with the screen of "Trying to reconnect" and after that , the game crashes , sometimes the screen of reconnect its showed a few times, and the unique solution is closing the game (ALT F4) and reconnecting again, and that makes lose al lot of time.

I wanna know that Riot its aware of this bug, because a lot of people in other servers have the same problem and is so frustrating play the game with this.
