rift herald still charged at our tower and damaged me after it died

[gameplay] just played a ranked game as thresh where the enemy team had control of rift herald and was using it to try and get our bottom tower. as you can see in the video, i hooked it into tower range and it died before it was able to really do anything, and when i went to go pick up the souls it dropped i was knocked back by what i can assume is the rift herald winding up to charge into the tower.

this would be pretty difficult for me to replicate by myself and i feel like it's probably not very common, but i wanted to make a post about it anyway just because this obviously should not have happened.
