Unable to cast any spells

Happened in the second to last teamfight. I was playing Pantheon. I noticed I couldn't recall after fight. I was unable to cast QWER, sums, recall, or item actives. The bug remained until the game ended. It may have cost us the game. I was in my promos.

Anything I can do if this reoccurs?
