Only normal blind pick shows up

So I was just in champion select about to pick my champion when I got kicked out for some reason , but after I get kicked out I went to go try to get in a new game but only blind pick was there draft pick and everything else disappeared plz help me out (I have a photo but I cant figure out how to put it in this rip)
