Launcher not opening

So less than a week ago I stopped playing League for about a day or two. When I came back, my launcher continues to mess up. I click it to open it, and when it opens I press launch but nothing appears after that. I googled a fix for it; which is deleting files in RADs and etc., but it continues to mess up after I close it the first time after it's fixed. Any permanent fixes?

Bumping because it's annoying as fuck; having to delete certain files every time I want to play League just so it starts up normally.
