Veigar's self Deleteing ult (GAMEPLAY)

I've played Veigar Veigar alot and I mean mast 7 with over 200K XP with the Final boss skin and I have seen a easy bug to spot that has been never patched witch is quite surprising that it has not been patched yet, all you need to replicate the bug is:

  1. have a low hp champ (ex. Kat Katarina with like 30 hp)
  2. VeigarVeigar with a ult at the ready that can deal over Kat'sKatarina 30 hp
  3. A teammate on Veigar'sVeigar side next to KatKatarina (ex. ShyvanaShyvana with high dps that can kill her in a sec) and make sure VeigarVeigar has not done anything to the low hp KatKatarina
  4. Have VeigarVeigar at the max range of his ult that can still hit KatKatarina (ex.KatKatarina standing at the edge of Veigar'sVeigar maxed R)

And now how to see the bug (**** YOU HAVE TO BE QUICK****)

  1. Have VeigarVeigar fire his ult at the KatKatarina with 30 hp
  2. Have ShyvanaShyvana quickly kill katKatarina while Veigar'sVeigar ult is in the air
  3. Make sure KatKatarina was only killed by ShyvanaShyvana so that Veigar's Veigar ult lands on the dead KatKatarina
  4. And there you have it. Veigar'sVeigar ult will be on CD and not even getting a assist on ShyvanaShyvana slaying KatKatarina

This is normal. You didn't land the ult so therefore no assist.

And no one cares about your mastery when it comes to reporting a bug. Just do a report and be done with it.

That's normal for all projectiles, even basic attacks. The hit never landed, so you never contributed, even tho your ult is now on CD.

Its not a bug. It does suck that the cd doesn't reset if the ult didn't land, but that has always been the case.
