Repetitive game crashes, and ping spikes ingame

I have been playing LoL for 3-4 months on the Oce servers, but over the past week, i have been getting a ridiculous amount of crashes( 3-4 per game) and my ping is spiking to over 700 most of the time. There have been many times where i want to my computer so, Riot Plz, i come to this game to enjoy it and have fun with people i have similar interests with, not to get dc'ed from every game and no be able to advance anywhere. Any support would be appreciated

Have also been having many issues with crashing over the past 2 weeks.

Having bad input lag when my FPS and Ping is fine. It was fine earlier when I was playing then all of the sudden there's a 2 second delay in whatever I do.
