Repetitive game crashes, and ping spikes ingame

I have been playing LoL for 3-4 months on the Oce servers, but over the past week, i have been getting a ridiculous amount of crashes( 3-4 per game) and my ping is spiking to over 700 most of the time. There have been many times where i want to my computer so, Riot Plz, i come to this game to enjoy it and have fun with people i have similar interests with, not to get dc'ed from every game and no be able to advance anywhere. Any support would be appreciated
