New SR Beta will not load

Leaver Buster has essentially banned me for three days when it was totally nothing I did wrong. When the new update came out, I was able to play every other map on the game. With the new SR beta, I'm able to pick my champion but once the loading screen comes up it either stays there for the entire game or says I disconnect. Now, when I try to reconnect it'll either stay on the loading screen once again or say I am unable to connect. LOL was working fine up until that beta update. Is anyone else having these problems and if so was/is there a way to fix it? I keep getting banned for something that is **NOT **my fault and honestly it's annoying tf out of me. I have even uninstalled LOL and installed it back but that did not fix the problem.
