Clash got auto loss for no reason

So we won our first game of clash. Then as we were scouting for the second game. The clash button ended up vanishing for mot of our team members and then after some time it just gave us an auto loss? What the hell is this ? More clash BS man, i cant be bothered with this anymore. Can you please try do something about this kind of stuff happening?!
