Thresh bug

Hello,

I have been playing Thresh a lot in solo queue recently and I believe I have found a bug concerning his interaction with dragon. I might be wrong in this but I wish to ask for verification. If you hook dragon and then it dies while your hook is still on him you can _still _ leap to the dragon's place.

I'm not going to lie here.

I opened the thread assuming it would be yet another false bug report about Thresh not proc'ing the execute on Relic Shield.

I checked this bug and I believe it is a real one. I am bumping for attention.
